Darrian brings over 20 years of extensive healthcare experience to our team, having started his career in 2004 within the pharmacy field. His early roles encompassed a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing inpatient pharmacy services to compounding custom medications, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors in healthcare.

In 2020, Darrian made a significant career shift by transitioning from pharmacy to nursing. After graduating as a Registered Nurse from Roseman University of Health Sciences, he specialized in behavioral health and psychiatric nursing, focusing on the needs of both adult and adolescent populations. This transition marked a pivotal moment in his career, expanding his ability to impact patient care on a deeper level.

His professional experience includes notable positions at Seven Hills Behavioral Health Hospital in Henderson, Nevada, and as a Nurse Manager at Spring Mountain Treatment Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Additionally, Darrian has contributed his expertise at the Billings Clinic Behavioral Health Unit in Billings, Montana. These roles have provided him with a wealth of experience in managing complex cases and diverse patient needs.

Darrian’s clinical expertise encompasses the management and treatment of a broad spectrum of conditions, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, major depressive disorder, PTSD, ODD, ADHD, ADD, and cases involving suicidal and homicidal ideations. His comprehensive skill set and dedication to exceptional patient care reflect his commitment to advancing the field of behavioral health.
