Sharada Farina is the Director of Human Resources for Moriah Behavioral Health. She has a diverse educational background studying both Art and Communications at Portland State University.  She brings a people first approach to Human Resources everyday.

Sharada gained her passion for Recruiting and Human Resources working for a research and development site for semiconductors for over 12 years. She was responsible for new employee orientation and site tours. During her tenure she was involved with site visits for Barack Obama, will.i.am, and several members of the United States Congress.

Her experience spans from recruiting for a startup in Las Vegas that hired 2,000 new jobs to the market, to hiring for governmental jobs in Sydney Australia, and leading a human resources team in the supply chain industry.
